Delivery & Returns

Any order placed before midday using Express delivery will be dispatched on the same day, except on weekends, bank holidays, and during busy periods. All orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day.

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability. If there is any delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you. Please note that all quoted dispatch and delivery times are estimates unless sent by a guaranteed service, based on standard working days (Monday - Friday).

Shipping

UK Mainland Deliveries

We offer FREE UK shipping for orders over £80. Our additional shipping costs offered are:

  • UK Standard Shipping £3.95 - Standard UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service and should take 48 hours once dispatched.
  • UK Express Shipping £5.95 - Express UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service and should take 24 hours once dispatched. Delivery can take longer during busy periods and as a result this shipping option is not a guaranteed service as the exact delivery times are out of our control.

We are unable to ship orders to BFPO addresses.

European Deliveries

Standard Delivery - £10 when shipping to the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungry, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

All duty and taxes are covered by T.U.K to the countries listed above.

For other countries, duty and taxes are not included. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout under international deliveries.

International Deliveries

Your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All duty and taxes will be charged at your local rate and are not covered by T.U.K.

An estimated delivery date will be displayed depending on the delivery service selected at the check out. We are unfortunately currently unable to ship to the USA.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be pleased with your order! If for any reason you wish to return your order(s) please follow the instructions below:

Using your Customer Reference number and delivery post code, you can use our returns portal to arrange a return or size
exchange. Orders must be received back to us within 30 days of receiving, unworn and in a saleable condition. To arrange a return or size exchange, please click the button below to start your return:

If you have any questions regarding your order before returning it to us, please contact us at info@tukshoes.co.uk and we will be happy to help resolve any issues. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been delivered to us.

T.U.K Shoes reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. We also withhold the right to deduct a £5 fee from any refund if the original box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return shipping is deducted from your order. Kindly note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
