Christmas & New Year Opening Times and Delivery Dates 2020

We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item intended as a Christmas gift so any items purchased from the 1st November right through until 31st December are covered by our extended festive returns policy. This means if you buy a gift or receive one from www.tukshoes.co.uk, you can exchange it or return it well after all the turkey and Xmas pudding are long gone! Simply provide us with the web order reference number. In spirit of the season, we’re extending our returns window until the 21st January 2020 (standard returns policy conditions apply).

Opening Times
As Christmas Day falls on a Friday this year, we will be closed Friday 25th December, Saturday 26th December, Sunday
27th December, Monday 28th December and Friday 1st January 2020. We also will have limited service on Friday 4th December and only orders placed before 8am will be dispatched on the same day. As we’re likely to be very busy across the festive period, orders placed during our closing times will be dispatched as soon as possible.
UK Delivery
Please note that our order cut off time is 8:00am. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Monday 21st December – The last day for orders being sent by UK Standard Delivery (Tracked 48) to be received before Christmas.
Tuesday 22nd December – The last day for orders being sent by UK Express Delivery (Tracked 24) & UK Next Day Service to be received before Christmas. All orders placed for standard delivery on this day will be delivered after Christmas.
International Delivery
Sunday 6th December – Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Central and South America, Middle East and Far East
Wednesday 9th December – Cyprus and Malta
Thursday 10th December – Eastern Europe (except Poland, Czech Republic & Slovakia)
Friday 11th December – Greece, Turkey, Australia and New Zealand
Sunday 13th December – Canada, USA, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Italy and Poland
Monday 14th December – Austria, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Switzerland
Tuesday 17th December – Belgium, France, Ireland and Luxembourg
