This year could definitely be the one to forget! However, no need to worry about what to buy for who and if they’ll even like it or not! T.U.K. Shoes is a great festive gift because there’s no question that the shoe addict in your life will love another pair to add to their collection or that the new convert would love to branch out and try a different style.
We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item intended as a Christmas gift, so any items purchased from the 1st November right through until 31st December will be covered by our extended festive returns policy. This means if you buy a gift or receive one from www.tukshoes.co.uk, you can return it well after all the turkey and Xmas pudding are long gone! Simply provide us with the web order reference number. In spirit of the season, we’re extending our returns window until the 21st January 2022 (standard returns policy conditions apply).

Opening Times
As Christmas Day falls on a Saturday this year, we will be open until Friday 24th December. The warehouse and office will be closed from Saturday 25th through until Tuesday 28th December.
The warehouse and office will be open between Wednesday 29th until Friday 31st December. The office and warehouse will then be closed on Monday 3rd January 2022. We also will have limited service on Friday 10th December and only orders placed before 8am will be dispatched on the same day. As we’re likely to be very busy across the festive period, orders placed during our closing times will be dispatched as soon as possible.
UK Delivery
Please note that our order cut off time is 8:00am. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Monday 20th December – The last day for orders being sent by UK Standard Delivery (Tracked 48) to be received before Christmas.
Tuesday 21st December – The last day for orders being sent by UK Express Delivery (Tracked 24) & UK Next Day Service (UPS) to be received before Christmas. All orders placed for standard delivery on this day will be delivered after Christmas.
International Delivery
Monday 6th December – Australia, Greece, Italy and Portugal
Wednesday 8th December – Africa, Asia, Far and Middle East
Friday 10th December – Cyprus, Malta and Sweden
Saturday 11th December – Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia)
Monday 13th December – Finland, Poland and USA
Thursday 16th December - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland,
Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Switzerland
