She has recently been spotted wearing her T.U.K. Creepers for the unforgettable & hugely talked about MTV VMA Performance, on Saturday Night Live, and on the Today Show while promoting her newest album Bangerz released 4th October with RCA records, which shot straight to #1!
You may recognise her popular songs such as, "We Can't Stop" and "Wrecking Ball" as they slowly overthrow the radio stations.
Miley, under the instruction of her stylist Simone Harouche had LED lights put into the soles of her White leather creepers, I guess that's her tribute to Michael Jackson!

I think it's fair to say that the Hannah Montana imagery she feels haunts her is well and truly shed, and in between swinging naked on wrecking balls and making a number one album, she has definitely styled some awesome footwear.
